The Flat is at the corner of Beach Road and Cassel Road

As you come down Beach Road from Cape Town the road splits just before the flat (just after Sea Point Swimming Pool) we are the 4th block on the right.

Pedestrian entrance to the building from the street is from upper Beach Road - opposite Cassel Road.

Parking is under the building - take the slip road to the right immediately after the flat and turn into the second garage door and reverse park into bay marked for Flat # 3
